Half day leave on Friday.
A privillege so rebellious yet valued.
Oh sooo carefree to walk about in town on a Friday noon..
Weeeeet..
Sitting at HK Cafe in MS, we oogled at the sumptuous menu..
Self portraited narcissistically..
Baywatched executives in jeans having lunch..
Gobbled up the most enjoyably oxymoronic meal..
(Imagine chicken curry with chee cheong fun and Indian prata, HK style)
Gleefully looking at office workers walk hastily back to office after lunch..
Then I was off to Kimage and Dear to his seminar..
*****
Caught a pop-kungfu movie thereafter..
"Walking through the Gate of no gate, seek the form and be the formless, learn the way and seek your own way.."
An incredulously funny moive but no doubt a worthy and entertaining effort.
The Monkey King speaks English, the immortal Jade Emperor still needs the Elixir of immortality to keep himself immortal..
All said, the best part was the clash of Jackie Chan and Jet Li..
Then with an added zest of two Chinese beauties and a goofy Ang Moh teenager obsessed with Kungfu, the movie promises a high boost in the movie ticket box office..
Very internationally catered to the masses.
We enjoyed the show.

Shopping 12 Apr 2008
Shopping's a luxury after 2 months of either no therapy or countless attempts of non-impulsive online shopping.
We went into the shops
Bought stuffs without knowing the exact prices.
Indulging in sinful aromatic sumptuous delicacies..
Impulsiveness.
Sometimes a nice way to release steam.
*Lazy to do collaged the millions of narcisstic pictures, hence did this up with picture trail*
(Stole 2 collages from Suki =p)

Tuesday, April 8
2 fat babies thy department and everybody went into a frenzy..
This is one of them.
*So cute*

3 on 6 jobs, work snowballed.
Faced this for few days but somehow a welcoming change to the deadly routine.
Dear became a packer and I became erm, a storegirl issuing parts to a bunch of amused engineers?
Fatigue struck mercilessly and rolled on for the whole week but a sudden Friday patronization by boss took us by surprise.
He treated us to a generous and sumptuous meal of Crystal Jade dim sum for lunch.
Nice.
That was last week.
*****
Sunday came and we went to the bubble tea hut at Jubilee Hall for lunch.
Yes the hut has been there for a long long time to come but I've never really took pictures of the food in detail.
Very homely kind of 小吃.
Similar to Taiwanese food but very localised.
We never failed to order this for our beverage.
Six Pearls Cocktail Tea
(tasted like passion fruit tea)
Chicken and mushroom brown vermicelli in soup
The all time favourite 盐酥鸡
招牌金枕头
